Wellness Foundation and Cesena FC together to promote wellness among younger generations
9 June 2026
On May 29, Wellness Foundation met with a class of students from the “Via Pascoli” Lower Secondary School in Cesena as part of an initiative carried out in collaboration with Cesena FC within the framework of the “Scuola Bianconera” project.
The event was part of Wellness 4 Education, Wellness Foundation’s educational program dedicated to promoting a culture of wellness in schools, with the aim of raising awareness among children and young people about the importance of physical activity, prevention, and overall physical and mental well-being.
The morning began with a theoretical session introducing students to the concept of wellness, exploring the differences between physical activity, exercise, and sport, and encouraging reflection on the importance of adopting healthy habits from an early age.
Through interactive activities and engaging moments, including an active break and an educational crossword puzzle, the students had the opportunity to immediately put their newly acquired knowledge into practice and discuss health and wellness topics in a dynamic and participatory way.
The second part of the event took place in the school gym, where a Technogym Master Trainer guided the students through a series of fun movement-based activities designed to promote physical activity, collaboration, and teamwork—key elements of a healthy and active lifestyle.
Also taking part in the morning was first-team player Tommaso Corazza, who joined the students during the activities, helping to make the experience even more engaging and memorable.
