Cortina in Wellness returns for its fourth edition: over 100 free events celebrating wellness, sport and healthy lifestyles from 27 to 29 August
The Queen of the Dolomites is set to become the capital of wellness once again. From 27 to 29 August, Cortina d’Ampezzo will host the fourth edition of Cortina in Wellness, the event promoted by the Wellness Foundation, founded by Nerio Alessandri. Taking place over the final weekend of August, the event will bring together residents and visitors through an extensive programme of activities while advancing its long-term vision of establishing Cortina as an internationally recognised destination for wellness and quality of life.
A total of 100 free sessions, available to book through the Technogym App, will offer residents and visitors the opportunity to enjoy a wide range of wellness experiences designed to encourage healthier, more active lifestyles. Following the Olympic and Paralympic winter season, Cortina once again confirms its status as the perfect destination to experience movement and nature in the breathtaking setting of the Dolomites.
Conceived by Nerio Alessandri, Cortina in Wellness is a long-term initiative built around two key objectives: promoting healthy lifestyles as a social opportunity for the local community and positioning Cortina as a truly international Wellness Destination, where the area’s unique natural and cultural heritage is combined with a new culture of wellbeing and world-class wellness services.

Thanks to the collaboration between institutions, hospitality facilities, gyms, associations and local professionals from the Ampezzo area, Cortina in Wellness 2026 offers a rich and diverse programme that explores wellness in all its forms:
Training sessions led by Technogym Master Trainers and local professionals: a wide range of fitness programmes across different disciplines, including open-air Group Cycling sessions in Piazza Roma.
Mountain Experiences such as Power Walks, Bike Tours, the Running Club and guided walks, including the unforgettable night-time experience with the Cortina Alpine Guides.
Wellness Recharge activities designed to promote physical, mental and inner balance, featuring a variety of Yoga and Pilates practices, as well as relaxing Wellness Journeys.
Wellness Talks dedicated to knowledge and inspiration, with meetings and discussions led by experts in health, sport and wellbeing.
Wellness Check-ups to improve personal lifestyles through the Technogym Checkup assessment, helping participants discover their own “wellness age”.
In collaboration with the Cortina Hoteliers Association, the Cortina Mindfulness sessions are returning: rejuvenating moments designed to reconnect with the body and rediscover the benefits of mindful movement. For children, an engaging Tabata session dedicated to kids and parents will also be available, featuring Corty, the event mascot, as a special guest.
