Milan Longevity Summit 2025
1 April 2025
After the success of the previous edition, the Milan Longevity Summit returned to Milan from March 21 to 29, 2025, with even more ambitious goals and a forward-looking vision. For nine days, the city became a vibrant hub for longevity research, bringing together world-renowned experts, including two Nobel Prize winners, to explore the latest advancements in the field. At the same time, the Longevity Labs offered free experiences to citizens, spreading knowledge and practical tools for a healthier, longer life.
Technogym, a long-standing advocate of a healthy and active lifestyle, is proud to support this major event for the second year. Wellness Foundation is also pleased to have fostered a meaningful collaboration, honoring the legacy of Viviana Kasam, founder of BrainCircle Italia and creator of the Summit.
On March 21, at the Aula Magna of the University of Milan, Nerio Alessandri, President of Wellness Foundation and Technogym, opened the panel “Longevity as a Lifestyle: Integrating Wellness for a Healthier Future”, presenting the new Healthness vision and unveiling the Milan Wellness City 2030 project—an innovative initiative designed to position Milan as a model city for well-being and quality of life through advanced solutions for health and longevity.
On March 28, Silvano Zanuso, member of the Wellness Foundation Scientific Committee and Director of the Medical and Scientific Department of Technogym, joined the panel “Longevity Science In Clinical Practice”, delivering a speech titled “How many ages do we know? From Epigenetics to Functionality.”
Being part of the Milan Longevity Summit was an opportunity to share our vision and commitment to fostering a more active and long-lived society.
