Parco del Mare – Rimini

Parco del Mare in Rimini is the largest open-air gymnasium in the Mediterranean: a large redevelopment project that, proceeding in steps, is transforming the 16 km of seafront into a large natural space, with areas for sport and play, bicycle and pedestrian paths, Adriatic vegetation and fountain-trees inspired by Gianni Rodari. An environmental and service infrastructure dedicated to wellness, outdoor exercise and quality of life that aims to regenerate the City of Rimini by fostering the development of the tourism vocation of the Romagna coastline in harmony with the Wellness Valley project.
All along the route there are wellness and health islands: spaces dedicated to physical activity with equipment that can be used by a wide range of the population and sportsmen and women to enable a variety of workouts. A new interpretation of outdoor living for a holistic concept of wellness.
