Wellness Foundation in Davos 2026: promoting wellness, innovation, and global collaboration

From January 19 to 23, 2026, Wellness Foundation had the privilege of participating in the World Economic Forum 2026 in Davos, one of the world’s most important platforms for discussing strategies and ideas to address the most pressing social, economic, and environmental challenges of our time.
Our presence demonstrated how wellness can be a strategic lever for building a healthier, more inclusive, and sustainable future.
Erica Alessandri, Vice President of Wellness Foundation and member of the Technogym Board, brought her expertise to roundtables and sessions, including Next Big Play for Sports and Experiencing the World, highlighting the role of sports and wellness as tools for personal growth, cultural exchange, and global collaboration. She emphasized how innovation and cooperation are key to fostering more resilient and sustainable communities.
Federica Alberti, Director of Wellness Foundation, participated in panels focused on sports, sustainability, and urban innovation, including Sport for People and Planet and Yes/Davos: Shaping a Model City for Innovation and Collaboration, sharing her vision of how wellness, sports, and innovation can become strategic levers for more inclusive and resilient cities and communities.
Moreover, at his fifteenth forum, Nerio Alessandri, President of Wellness Foundation and Technogym, shared his vision of wellness as a strategic driver for society, capable of generating tangible impacts on public health, productivity, and quality of life. He highlighted the importance of prevention and a culture of wellbeing, showing that investing in wellness creates economic and social value for governments, businesses, and citizens, contributing to a more sustainable and happier future for all.
