The wellness weekend by the Wellness Foundation dedicated to the citizens of Cortina and lovers of the Queen of the Dolomites

Cortina in Wellness, 14 and 15 September 2024: a weekend not to be missed so as not to miss this important appointment with all-round wellness in Cortina, where you can participate free of charge in outdoor training, functional workouts, yoga and tabata lessons, as well as wellness checkups and meetings on healthy longevity, exercise and balanced nutrition.

Organised by the Wellness Foundation, with the patronage of the Cortina d’Ampezzo Municipality and the Fondazione Cortina, the initiative can count on the collaboration of Cortina for Us and Cortina R-Evolution, the involvement of numerous local players and Technogym as Official Training Partner.

Cortina in Wellness was inspired by Nerio Alessandri, President and Founder of the Wellness Foundation and Technogym, and will be the starting point for a wide-ranging project with a twofold objective: on the one hand, to promote healthy lifestyles towards the resident population; on the other, to make Cortina a true Wellness Destination, merging the heritage of the area with a new culture and services of excellence oriented towards wellness, also as a post-Olympic legacy.

During this weekend in Cortina you can experience wellness at 360° with many events in five categories:

  1. Sport and fitness: outdoor workouts with Technogym personal trainers, customised sessions in hotel gyms

  2. Outdoor activities: hiking and walking, cycling, yoga and tabata activities

  3. Healthy eating: tastings and wellness menus in hotel and hut restaurants

  4. Mental and physical wellbeing: meditation, mindfulness, yoga, relaxation in spas; Wellness Index and checkups in hospitals and pharmacies

  5. Wellness culture: meetings on sports culture, mountain safety, nutrition, with former champions and thought leaders
